So…how do I do this?!?
Getting started is probably the most difficult thing when tackling any project. It starts with an idea and sometimes that first jump can be the hardest.
Realistically it should start with some research. Now I’ve done some reviewing of this area and technically my career in the digital marketing space is helpful but if you’re following along don’t worry I got you!
Think about what you want to do, areas you’re interested in.
I like fun stuff, I love the digital space. I’m a Mom and a business owner and a creator. I’m going to throw all the things in the pot and see what it becomes.
Take a look at brands you love or creators you love, what are they doing that you like. Have you recently seen or purchased something that makes you think; “I could do this”, those are great places to start.
Don’t overreach at the beginning think little goals on the way to that big goal.

Those that know me, know I have a special love of the colour Pink. It pulls my eye, I reach for it more than any other colour. So I’m going to run with that. Something with Pink.
Ok, so I’ve had this thought hanging around since I saw How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days, remember it. Kate Hudson, Matthew McConaughey, Rom-Com – But one of the campaigns the Matthew McConaughey character is working on is diamonds, and they end up using a tagline that Kate’s character suggests a little frosting. That final touch to an outfit.

See the way my brain works. It’s fun.
So I have a name. Now I need to decide where to go with it.
I think we’ve established that I’m sticking in the digital space, whether that be digital products or selling or promoting in the digital space. So I think the first thing I’m going to do other than grab this blog is start working on what that brand looks like.
